All drivers, please can we all remember that it is common courtesy to inform the entry secretary or your coordinator if you are unable to attend the meeting, failure to turn up will result in you forfeiting your entry fee.
Also should you need to withdraw after either qualy or race one you must at the very least notify your coordinator or entry secretary of your intention to withdraw so we can advise the secretary of the meeting and in turn they can advise time keepers, otherwise your fellow drivers will be sitting in assembly waiting unnecessarily for drivers that aren’t going to turn up.
